to some extent yes, I just try to eat well to keep healthy.
Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner for example yesterday I had muesli with natural yoghurt and a handful of strawberries with a banana and orange juice, a chicken Caesar salad with carrots and humus and cranberry juice, and then penne pasta with tomato and chicken:)
